Employees are eligible to enroll in the 401K Retirement Plan the first of the month following their hire date. X8 will make a Safe Harbor matching contribution of 4% of the employee’s salary. X8 also provides a discretionary contribution at year’s end to enrolled employees of up to 6% of their annual salary.
X8 covers 1x employee annual base salary, up to $100,000, for Basic Life insurance. Voluntary Life Insurance is available up to an additional $200,000 of coverage. X8 covers the cost of Short-Term Disability insurance and benefited employees have the option to purchase Long-Term Disability insurance.
X8 believes in supporting the individual growth of its employees. The annual reimbursement limit of $5,000 (calendar year) is provided to full time employees. This may be used towards career related certifications, accredited college educations or professional development conferences that are related to the employee’s career field and X8 business offerings.
At X8, we foster the entrepreneurial spirit. We provide resources and time for employees to work on their own innovations with support from other members of the team, to help the idea become productized and taken to market. We have created an incentive program for these endeavors to reward employees for their innovations.

You don’t see this in large companies. It builds the culture, family and unity.
